The rookie boy group 'KickFlip' is adding new energy to the music scene with their energetic music. On the 15th, JYP released the tracklist and spoiler video for KickFlip's first mini album 'Flip it, Kick it!' on their official SNS channel. Fans got a preview of all the tracks.
The album contains a total of six songs. The debut track is 'Mama Said (What Are You Gonna Do?)', with member Amaru participating in the lyrics. The witty lyrics, such as "Don't worry if you can't use chopsticks, as long as you eat well," stand out.
The pre-release track 'Yeah Okay' was co-worked on by members Amaru and Donghwa. 'WARRIORS' is a song solely penned by Young K of 'DAY6.'
'Like A Monster' includes credits to members Gyehun, Amaru, and Minje. Other tracks such as 'Knock Knock' and 'Meet You In Tomorrow' are also included.
KickFlip has been receiving hot reactions even before their debut. On the 4th, they were selected as one of the '8 K-pop Rookies to Watch in 2025' by Grammy.com. They were introduced as "JYP's new boy group completed after a long time since the audition 'LOUD'."
KickFlip will officially debut with the release of their mini 1st album 'Flip it, Kick it!' on the 20th at 6 PM. They will hold their debut show on Mnet M2 at 7 PM and a debut showcase at 9 PM on the same day.
