Actors Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin donated 300 million won.

Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin have been supporting low-income and critically ill pediatric and adolescent patients, as well as single mothers, through donations every year around the end of the year. Last year, they continued their warm sharing.

First, they donated 150 million won to Asan Medical Center to support medical expenses for underprivileged patients. They also contributed 150 million won to the development fund for the pediatrics and obstetrics departments at Samsung Medical Center.

The couple expressed, "We feel incredibly grateful to be able to help someone. We wanted to share even a little of our hearts," and added, "We hope our warm warmth reaches someone who may be going through a tough time right now."

They continued, "Every time we see our child growing up healthily, we feel an inexplicable sense of indebtedness thinking about those children who aren't as fortunate. We hope the sick children can return to their naturally bright selves and light up the world in good health."

Meanwhile, the couple got married in March 2022 and welcomed a son in December of that year. Hyun Bin is meeting with audiences through the film "Harbin" (directed by Woo Min-ho). Son Ye-jin has chosen the Netflix drama "Scandal" for her next project.
