Author and broadcaster Yoo Byung-jae has shared a positive influence in celebration of the year-end. The international development cooperation NGO G Foundation announced Yoo Byung-jae's donation on the 20th. Yoo Byung-jae donated 10 million won to support underprivileged female adolescents.

The funds will be used to help underprivileged female adolescents in Korea. It will support those who have difficulty purchasing enough sanitary pads due to economic hardship. Yoo Byung-jae, known as the "Little Giant," has consistently engaged in charitable acts. Since 2019, he has made donations a total of 15 times, with the cumulative amount reaching 150 million won.

For six years, he has assisted in providing sanitary pads to female adolescents. He has also supported single mothers, provided special meals to orphanages, and helped with heating costs for abused children and residents of small room neighborhoods.

Yoo Byung-jae expressed his hope that the female adolescents, who may feel neglected due to economic difficulties, will not shrink away and can spend a confident and warm year-end. Park Choong-kwan, the head of the NGO, mentioned that the donation allows them to provide hygiene products along with sanitary pads. He said it has enabled them to offer more assistance for a healthier menstrual period.

Director Park added that, thanks to Yoo's ongoing interest and care, which goes beyond one-time good deeds, this winter is expected to be warmer.
