Actors Lee Se-young and Na In-woo meet as each other’s first love. MBC-TV’s new Friday-Saturday drama “Motel California” (written by Lee Seo-yoon, directed by Kim Hyung-min and Lee Jae-jin) released its main poster on the 13th. It features a two-shot of Lee Se-young and Na In-woo.

The two sit on the edge of the rooftop railing of Motel California. They sit side by side, looking in different directions, suggesting a close yet distant relationship between them. “Motel California” is a romance drama.

It tells the story of a female protagonist, born and raised in a motel in the countryside, who reunites with her first love in her hometown she fled 12 years ago. It is based on the popular 2019 novel “Home, Bitter Home” by writer Sim Yoon-seo. Lee Se-young plays the role of “Ji Kang-hee.”

Kang-hee is an interior designer who has lived a difficult life. Na In-woo portrays the veterinarian “Chun Yeon-soo,” whose life completely changes due to his reunion with his first love, Kang-hee, after 12 years. The two will debut their first romantic chemistry.

Motel California is a place of memories where Kang-hee grew up and is one of the causes of her inner wounds. What will Kang-hee face in her hometown she fled like an escape? “Motel California” will premiere at 9:50 p.m. on the 10th of next month.
