Tours has proven its explosive popularity in Japan. Oricon announced the latest weekly combined singles ranking (dated December 16, calculated during the period of December 2 to December 8) on the 12th. Tours’ first single album “Last Bell” reached the top position.

The single also ranked first in the “Weekly Singles Ranking” announced on the 10th. Tours achieved the honor of being a double crown winner on the Oricon weekly chart for the first time since their debut. The “Weekly Single Combined Ranking” converts CD sales, digital downloads, and streaming counts into points to determine the ranking.

“Last Bell” received 77,346 points for the week. This is nearly twice the points earned by their previous release, the mini second album “SUMMER BEAT!” which had 40,622 points in its first week of release, showcasing Tours’ steep rising trajectory. “Last Bell” was released on the 25th of last month.

It is a single that wraps up their heated debut year and serves as a gift album prepared for the fans who have shown great love throughout the year. The title song “Last Festival” is a refreshing winter song. It follows the storyline framework of the hit song of the same name by Seo Taiji and Boys and reinterprets it in their own style.

The dreamy synth sound and festival fireworks sounds maximize the winter seasonal feeling. Meanwhile, Tours will be attending various music award shows by the end of the year.

They have confirmed their attendance at the SBS-TV ‘Gayo Daejeon’ on the 25th, the ‘9th Asia Artist Awards’ on the 27th, MBC-TV ‘Gayo Daejejeon’ on the 31st, and the ’39th Golden Disc Awards’ on the 4th of next month.
