The movie ‘Moana 2’ is maintaining its strong popularity. According to the Korean Film Council’s integrated computer network for cinema tickets, ‘Moana 2’ attracted 610,402 viewers over the past weekend (12/6~12/8) in its second week of release. Its cumulative audience reached 2,205,196. It ranked first in the overall box office.

Despite the release of new films such as ‘Firefighter’ and ‘One Win’, it steadfastly held onto the top spot. It is on the verge of surpassing the audience number of the previous ‘Moana’ movie. It has been chosen by audiences worldwide. ‘Moana’ ranked 5th in this year’s global box office.

The story and message of Moana, who conveys courage, have been receiving praise. ‘Moana’ is a spectacular ocean adventure. It tells the story of Moana embarking on a perilous journey to break the curse of an ancient hidden island to prevent the destruction of her tribe.
