ZEROBAS1 (hereafter referred to as ZB1) is spending a warm end of the year by donating their talents. In response to the winter blood supply crisis, they have encouraged participation in blood donation. The Blood Management Headquarters of the Korean Red Cross announced the promotion on the 6th.

Until the 31st, photocard gifts of ZB1 will be given to blood donation participants. ZB1 joined the campaign upon realizing the seriousness of the blood shortage. A representative explained, “Blood donation can save precious lives. We hope this event will increase interest in blood donation.”

The photocard set includes 9 individual photos and 2 group photos (4-member and 5-member units) per person. ‘D-icon’ also participated in the blood donation campaign by providing photos taken with ZB1.

The Blood Management Headquarters stated, “Winter is a time when blood supply becomes scarce,” and expressed gratitude for the willingness of ZEROBAS1 and D-icon to share life and their talent donation and support for the spread of blood donation culture.

They further mentioned, “We anticipate that this event will greatly help both in boosting blood donation enthusiasm and stabilizing the blood supply during the winter.” Blood is the only means to save the lives of patients who need transfusions. Since it cannot be stored long-term, it is essential to maintain an adequate blood stock.

Continuous and steady blood donation is necessary. Meanwhile, the promotion is available at blood donation buses and centers under the Seoul Central Blood Center, Seoul Southern Blood Center, Seoul Eastern Blood Center, Gyeonggi Blood Center, Gangwon Blood Center, and Jeju Blood Center.
