Actors Lee Se-young and Na In-woo depict a bittersweet first love. MBC announced on the 5th that the new Friday-Saturday drama 'Motel California,' starring Lee Se-young and Na In-woo, has been confirmed to premiere on January 10th next year.
The teaser poster has also been unveiled, capturing attention with an antique rural motel sign. The location, which is central to the story, piqued curiosity. In the center of the poster is a snow globe. The two appear as if they are sealed within, with affectionate gazes intensifying the excitement.
'Motel California' is a first love remodeling romance. It tells the story of a woman who grew up in a rural motel and returns to her hometown to reunite with her first love 12 years later. The romantic chemistry between the two garnered anticipation. Lee Se-young takes on the role of the protagonist, Ji Kang-hee, who has led a challenging life with a motel as her home backdrop.
Na In-woo plays Cheon Yeon-soo, the most handsome veterinarian in Hana-eup. His everyday life changes due to the reunion with his first love, Kang-hee, after 12 years. The production team requested, "The masterful romance creators you trust will deliver excitement to the living room," and added, "Please show a lot of interest in this healing romance."
Meanwhile, 'Motel California' will premiere at 9:50 PM on January 10th next year.
