SEVENTEEN has proven their popularity in Japan, achieving two crowns on the Oricon charts. According to the latest Oricon tally (as of the 9th), SEVENTEEN has topped the "Weekly Combined Singles Ranking" with their Japanese single 4th album "Shōhikigen" (消費期限).

The "Weekly Combined Singles Ranking" is determined by combining CD sales, digital downloads, and streaming numbers. They scored 427,343 points. In the CD sales category, they achieved overwhelming results with 418,202 copies sold according to Oricon records. This adds up to their fourth total number one work.

It's an extraordinary record for a foreign artist. The 420,000 points achieved by "Shōhikigen" is the highest weekly point this year among singles by foreign artists. Additionally, "Shōhikigen" also captured the number one spot on Billboard Japan's "Top Single Sales" chart (as of the 4th). The title track of the same name debuted at number two on the "Hot 100."

SEVENTEEN is currently meeting fans through their tour "RIGHT HERE." After performing at Tokyo Dome on the 5th, they are heading to Kyocera Dome Osaka and Fukuoka PayPay Dome.

Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN will perform at the "2024 Billboard Music Awards" to be held in Los Angeles, USA, on the 13th (KST). They have also been listed as nominees.
