Lee Seung-hwan completed a performance on the 3rd and will continue 'Like a Black-and-White Movie' from the 4th to the 5th and 17th to 19th at the Under Cloud Small Theater in Mapo-gu, Seoul. Lee added, "It's a day with much to say," and left a message stating, "I will meet you with deeper and more intense stories and songs."
Meanwhile, President Yoon Seok-youl declared martial law through an emergency national special address at 10:25 PM on the 3rd. The martial law was lifted at 4:27 AM on the 4th, about six hours after the declaration. President Yoon expressed, "However, I request the National Assembly to immediately stop the reckless acts that paralyze the national functions through repeated impeachments and legislative and budget manipulations."
