BTS’s V appeared on billboards in major cities worldwide. V released a new digital single “Winter Ahead” on the 29th of last month. The music video was also released on the same day, reaching number one on YouTube trending worldwide.
A global promotion was also carried out. Big Hit Music screened the video from the 25th of last month to the 1st at Times Square in the USA, Tower Records in Japan, and more. It was also displayed on the exterior walls of buildings in urban areas in Korea.
The “Winter Ahead” music video was exposed on digital signage at Shinsegae Square in Seoul and a large screen on Dosan-daero in Gangnam. The beautiful visuals received rave reviews. Various reviews were posted on social media with over 24,000 hashtagged posts for “Winter Ahead” on Instagram alone.
Following “Winter Ahead,” V is preparing a second winter gift. He will release a duet with Bing Crosby. It is a reinterpretation of “White Christmas.” Meanwhile, V will release “White Christmas” at 2 PM on the 6th.
