Actor Na In-woo stimulates first love fantasies through MBC-TV's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Motel California' as he transforms into a charming rural veterinarian.
On the 28th, the team behind 'Motel California' (written by Lee Seo-yoon, directed by Kim Hyung-min) released the first stills of Na In-woo as Cheon Yeon-soo. Na In-woo embodied the role of a veterinarian, showing him treating animals.
He exuded the appeal of a large dog. His solid physicality, handsome face, and puppy-like eyes captivated hearts. He looked great in both the veterinarian's coat and surgical scrubs.
The production team of 'Motel California' expressed excitement, saying, "Na In-woo previously shook women's hearts as an 'alpha male,' and this time, he's set to evoke first love fantasies perfectly."
They added, "Na In-woo's characteristic gentle eyes and warm smile perfectly bring out the charm of the character 'Cheon Yeon-soo'. He will provide viewers with healing and excitement as he portrays someone who is deeply devoted to Lee Se-young’s character."
'Motel California' follows the romance of a woman who was born and raised in a rural motel. The story unfolds as she returns to her hometown, which she fled 12 years ago, and reunites with her first love.
The character 'Cheon Yeon-soo', played by Na In-woo, is the most handsome veterinarian in Ha-eup, the top choice as son-in-law for rural farm owners, and is devotedly loyal, having loved only one woman his entire life.
Lee Se-young plays the female lead, 'Ji Kang-hee'. Kang-hee, mixed-race and living in a motel, faces difficulties due to her background. She ran away at the age of 20, enduring 12 years in Seoul as an interior designer.
'Motel California' is scheduled to air next January.
