“‘Please keep being thirsty. I will fill you up.'(Taeyeon) Taeyeon from ‘Girls’ Generation’ will release her new mini-album ‘Letter To Myself’ on major music sites at 6 PM on the 18th. Taeyeon is presenting a new song after a year. She expressed her feelings by saying, ‘One item on the long-written ‘to-do list’ has been crossed off. I feel quite a sense of accomplishment.’

This album conveys a message of consolation. It consists of six songs in total, including R&B and pop genres. What does ‘Letter To Myself’ mean? Taeyeon said, ‘To myself, I’d like to say, ‘Let’s keep doing what we’ve always done,’ and to the listeners, I want to express my hope that they ‘remain thirsty and I will steadily fulfill them.’

The title track is ‘Letter To Myself’, personally chosen by Taeyeon. Its lyrical yet explosive melody stands out. She remarked, ‘I wanted to express it without any pretension and in a straightforward manner.’ Among the tracks, she recommended ‘Blur’ as a standout song.

Taeyeon described it as ‘an R&B song with a deep mood’ and said it ‘suits the current season well.’ Lastly, she bade her regards, imagining ‘the day when we can enjoy together with fans at a concert, as this album was prepared diligently, I hope you enjoy it with your body and soul.’

On this day, Taeyeon will also release her 6th mini-album ‘Letter To Myself’ in physical form. A countdown live session with fans will be held on the official channel starting at 4:30 PM.
