Taeyeon of ‘Girls’ Generation’ is set to evoke autumn sentiments with her soulful vocals. On the 13th, SM Entertainment released a highlight clip of ‘Disaster,’ a track from Taeyeon’s 6th mini album ‘Letter to Myself,’ on her YouTube channel.

The video is about 23 seconds long and features Taeyeon wearing a sporty yet lovely mix-and-match look, walking around a darkening park. Part of the new song is also revealed, capturing the ears with its dynamic dream beat and swelling synth line, harmonized with Taeyeon’s soulful voice.

‘Disaster’ is a pop-rock genre track that depicts the emotion of love as a “perfect disaster,” using contradictory expressions despite knowing the end will be despair. Meanwhile, Taeyeon will release ‘Letter to Myself’ on the 18th, featuring six tracks of various genres, including the title track of the same name.
