
Actor Choi Min-soo showcases his unexpected charm and unique paternal love. MBC-TV's new drama 'Motel California' (written by Lee Seo-yoon, directed by Kim Hyung-min) announced on the 23rd that "Choi Min-soo will appear in 'Motel California,' which will air in the first half of next year."
'Motel California' is a first-love remodeling romance. It is based on the novel 'Home, Bitter Home.' It tells the story of a woman whose hometown is a rural motel, reuniting with her first love after 12 years.
Choi Min-soo will play the role of Ji Chun-pil, the owner of Motel California. He is a character with a handsome appearance and a deep sensitivity. He dreamed of Hotel California but adapted to reality.
He is also the father of Ji Kang-hee (played by Lee Se-young). Although he meddles in everything, he maintains boundaries with his family. He couldn't even stop his daughter Kang-hee from leaving for the city.
The production team stated, "With Choi Min-soo's addition, we feel as if we've gained great support," and added, "You will be able to feel his solid charisma and pure boyish charm."
Meanwhile, 'Motel California' is composed of a total of 12 episodes and is scheduled to premiere next year.
