Netflix's "Hellbound" Season 2 (hereafter "Hellbound 2") will hold a special GV. This GV will feature director Bong Joon-ho, director Yeon Sang-ho, writer Choi Gyu-seok, and critic Lee Dong-jin.
Netflix will open "Hellbound 2" on the 25th. The following day, on the 26th at 7 PM, they will host a special GV at Lotte Cinema World Tower. World-renowned director Bong Joon-ho will draw attention by participating as a GV panelist. He has already praised the original "Hellbound," especially lauding Choi Gyu-seok's drawings as "genius-level."
He said, "Choi Gyu-seok's drawing style is sharp and keen, surpassing the superb depiction of modern Koreans' skeletal structures, expressions, and wrinkles. It conveys the anxiety and fear of the characters to the core."
Critic Lee Dong-jin will attend as the moderator. He praised "Hellbound 2," stating, "It inherits the amazing achievements and potential of Season 1, and extends sharply and boldly."
Meanwhile, applications for the special GV can be submitted through Netflix Korea's official social media starting at 12 PM on the 19th. The special GV will be broadcast live on Netflix Korea's YouTube channel.
"Hellbound" became a global sensation with its unique dystopian world. Season 2 depicts a world even more chaotic than its predecessor.
