ITZY has transformed into rock stars. JYP Entertainment revealed the first teaser video for ITZY's mini album 'GOLD' on the 9th. The video features the members' stunning visuals, intense rock sound with electric guitar, and vocal shouts.
It started quietly. The opening scene showed the members walking in a garden, waving their hands. Then, Yeji changed the atmosphere, grabbing a stand microphone and delivering a hip shout.
The lyrics were also unveiled, capturing ITZY's bold charm. They include lines like 'Rip the tranquility and create chaos', 'Awaken my instinct with an unseen lit', 'I shine so bright like dynamite GOLD'.
With this new release, ITZY has prepared their first-ever double title track since their debut. The tracks are 'GOLD' and 'Imaginary Friend'. 'GOLD' was created through the collaboration of Ryan S. Jhun and U.S. producer Dem Jointz.
ITZY will release 'GOLD' on the 15th at 6 PM. They will hold a countdown live event at 5 PM that day. On the 2nd of next month, they will meet their fans, MIDZY, at the official fan meeting.
