Stray Kids, Heat up the U.S… NSYNC Tribute Performance Achieved

Stray Kids made the ‘American Music Award’ special with a tribute stage to ‘NSYNC.’

On the 7th (Korean time), Stray Kids attended the 50th-anniversary performance of the ‘American Music Awards’ (AMAs) in Los Angeles, USA.

They appeared with ropes attached to their bodies, connected to the ceiling, and performed a choreography to NSYNC’s ‘Bye Bye Bye.’

They completed an NSYNC tribute, inspired by NSYNC’s marionette-style performance at the AMAs in 2000.

Stray Kids continued the energy with their mini 9th album title track ‘Chk Chk Boom,’ captivating the local audience with their intense performance.

In an interview with Billboard, they expressed their respect for NSYNC.

Felix said, “They laid the groundwork for boy bands in culture.”

Regarding being the first K-pop group to consecutively have five albums at No. 1 on the ‘Billboard 200,’ he added, “It’s all thanks to Stay (their fandom). We are grateful,” raising his thumb.

Meanwhile, Stray Kids will release their second Japanese album ‘GIANT’ on December 13th.
