Singer Yerin Baek raised allegations of plagiarism concerning the OST of tvN's 'Mom's Friend's Son.' On the 4th, Yerin Baek posted a capture from the music video of the 'Mom's Friend's Son' OST on her official SNS. The song 'What Are We' sung by Ha Sung-woon was featured alongside a scene from the drama.

She expressed her honest feelings, writing in English, "Copied the song. It's unpleasant" and "If they wanted a similar song, they should have contacted me." She pointed out that 'What Are We' is similar to '0310,' released in December 2019. '0310' is one of the triple title tracks of 'Every letter I sent you,' written and composed by Yerin Baek.

She also attached a related comment. A netizen shared a post from the YouTube comment section of the 'What Are We' music video, also suspecting plagiarism by questioning why '0310' can be heard. After reposting the OST, Yerin Baek questioned, "Is it okay to release a remake song without the original artist knowing at all?" including Korean consonants that mean 'laugh.'

Meanwhile, 'What Are We' was released on the 1st of last month.
