Actress Son Dam-bi (41) is going to be a mother.

Blitzway Studio announced on the 26th, "Son Dam-bi is expecting a precious new life. Currently, Son Dam-bi and her family are focusing on prenatal care with great joy."

Her first IVF attempt failed, but the second procedure was successful. Son Dam-bi is expected to give birth in April 2025. The agency added, "We ask for your many blessings."

Son Dam-bi married former speed skating athlete Lee Kyu-hyuk in 2022. She has shared her second IVF procedure journey through her YouTube channel and the TV show 'Dad and Me' on TV Chosun.

In August, she revealed on 'Dad and Me,' "The most important thing in my life right now is the baby. I give myself hormone shots three to four times a day. My belly is full of bruises, and I’ve gained 8kg."
