Taemin of 'SHINee' has successfully completed his debut as an MC. On the 19th, Taemin took on the role of MC for Mnet's 'Road to Kingdom: Ace of Aces' (hereinafter 'Road to Kingdom'). He was in charge of hosting the survival show featuring junior singers.

He started with a calm narration. Rather than flashy stage costumes, he appeared in a suit. Taemin responded to the cheers of his juniors with a smile.

He calmly explained the management methods. Despite it being his first time hosting, he led the program with ease and confidence. He captured the attention of the seven teams that participated all at once.

He was an empathetic host. Especially during the 'Ace Battle' segment, Taemin watched with tension. As if he were on stage, he focused on the individual performances of his juniors.

Some participating teams flaunted impressive abs. Taemin joked, "I'll start working out from today," lightening the mood and helping to ease the participants' tension.

An official commented, "Taemin was so calm that it was easy to forget this was his first solo MC gig. His empathetic hosting, possible because he is a senior idol, was also impressive." Meanwhile, Taemin is set to hold his first solo world tour 'Ephemeral Gaze' in Tokyo, Japan, from the 21st to the 23rd.
