Singer Jay Park is returning with an R&B album.

On the 19th, Jay Park posted a prologue of his 6th regular album 'THE ONE YOU WANTED' on the official More Vision YouTube channel. The video is about 5 minutes and 26 seconds long. Jay Park opened up about the new album by saying, "It's been 8 years since my R&B album 'EVERYTHING YOU WANTED' in 2016."

He expressed confidence towards the title track, adding, "It's been a while since a real title track came out" and "It will be filled with a sophisticated vibe."

Jay Park also mentioned, "I think it will be a significant album for both More Vision and the Korean music market. I have worked hard for an album with artistic value rather than just following trends."

Both domestic and international artists participated. American rapper Ty Dolla $ign, YG, and P-Lo featured in the album. More Vision trainees were also mentioned.

'THE ONE YOU WANTED' is Jay Park's first regular album in five years since 'THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED' released in 2019. It is his first R&B album in eight years.

The agency commented, "This is the most 'Jay Park-like' R&B album," adding that "the album is filled with songs Jay Park has been working on from 2017 to this year."

Meanwhile, Jay Park will release 'THE ONE YOU WANTED' on the 8th of next month at 6 p.m.
