Actor Lee Jong-suk set Japan ablaze, creating special memories with his fans.
On the 14th, Lee Jong-suk held the '2024 Lee Jong-suk Birthday Party in Japan – Invitation' at Yokohama Buntai, Japan.
It has been about nine months since his last fan meeting in Japan. Last year, Lee Jong-suk held a fan meeting tour titled 'Dear. My With,' visiting places such as Tokyo.
This year's concept was a birthday party. The stage and audience were decorated in line with the fan meeting's title, 'Invitation,' imagining a scenario where fans were invited to a party.
Lee Jong-suk interacted with the audience of 5,000 seats closely, moving around the venue. On his actual birthday, he got close to his fans, creating an 'ultra-intimate fan meeting.'
He filled 210 minutes with rich content. He kicked off with Yonezu Kenshi's 'Lemon,' wishing, "I hope this becomes a special day for you all."
Various segments were prepared, including selecting the audience's best dresser, recent updates, drawing talk, JS photo album, and quiz battles.
His genuine affection for the fans was also evident. After confirming a message from a fan with visual impairments, Lee Jong-suk went down to the audience to greet them personally.
He concluded by singing Suda Masaki's 'Rainbow' (虹). Following an encore request, he performed the OST 'Come to Me' from the drama 'While You Were Sleeping.'
His agency remarked, "Lee Jong-suk communicated closely with fans in a venue seating 5000 people," adding, "It was an unforgettable time for him as well."
Meanwhile, Lee Jong-suk has been offered a role in the new drama 'Seocho-dong.' It is reported that he is positively considering it.
