"28k LOVE" is a song about going against purity. It sings about wanting to experience moments unique to us in a world defined by the number '24'.

Meanwhile, Lee Seung-yoon will kick off his national tour "Eoseong" at Jangchung Gymnasium in Seoul on the 28th and 29th. He will then tour Jeonju, Busan, and other cities.
