A 70-year-old man charged with illegal filming at the KIA Tigers stadium

The Gwangju Northern Police Station announced that on the evening of the 16th, during a game between the KIA Tigers and the KT Wiz at the Gwangju Kia Champions Field, a 70-year-old man, referred to as Mr. A, was charged with secretly filming a female spectator.

Mr. A is accused of filming the face and legs of a female spectator sitting in front of him with his camera. He was arrested at the scene by police after being reported by other spectators who found his behavior suspicious.

The police plan to conduct an additional investigation to determine whether Mr. A has committed other similar offenses.

To prevent illegal activities within the stadium, the police will strengthen ongoing monitoring and enforcement.
