SEVENTEEN captivated American television viewers.
On the 30th, SEVENTEEN appeared on ABC’s “Good Morning America” and performed the title track “LOVE, MONEY, FAME” from their 12th mini album.
They showcased a hip and sophisticated performance. The members demonstrated free-spirited movements that highlighted their individual personalities, yet there was no disruption in choreography formations and arrangements.
Their live performance skills were also exceptional, proving their title as “stage masters” with stable vocals. They added harmonies to ad-libs in the chorus, creating a different charm compared to the recorded tracks.
The front of the studio was crowded with CARATs (the fandom name) who came to see SEVENTEEN. Fans welcomed their visit with fans and placards decorated with the members’ faces.
The “Good Morning America” host introduced SEVENTEEN as a “K-pop sensation” and emphasized that this broadcast marked their first appearance on an American morning show.
They were surprised to see the number of viewers on YouTube Live. “Already 370,000 are tuning in simultaneously to watch SEVENTEEN’s performance. Enjoy the first show,” they added.
SEVENTEEN previously held their “RIGHT HERE” world tour North American performances at the UBS Arena in New York on the 25th and 27th, creating unforgettable memories for fans.
The Empire State Building was lit up in SEVENTEEN’s symbolic colors of rose quartz and serenity. UNESCO, which appointed them as youth goodwill ambassadors, also participated in the lighting ceremony on the 28th.
Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN will continue their performances in San Antonio, Texas, on the 31st and the 1st of the following month.
