Shocking Apartment Assault Incident
A shocking assault incident occurred in an apartment complex in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.
A man in his 20s indiscriminately attacked two men in their 60s with a gardening spade. This incident is particularly shocking as the assailant and the victims do not know each other.
According to the police on the 11th, at around 7:40 PM on the 10th, a man in his 20s, referred to as A, got off the apartment elevator while intoxicated and suddenly swung a gardening spade at two men in their 60s who were on the first floor.
The victims sustained head injuries and were immediately transported to the hospital. Fortunately, although there was bleeding, they were reported to be in no life-threatening condition.
A and the victims are said to have had no prior acquaintance.
The police apprehended A at the scene and are currently investigating the details of the crime.
